The dumpster is 14 feet long, 7 wide and 4 tall. Leave a spot at least 15 by 10 feet, about what a pickup truck or SUV needs to park, with a clear path for the truck.

It rolls in on rubber wheels that sit on the surface, so it never drags or scores your concrete. Load it by hand, not with equipment, and normal wear is on us.

Pavement, concrete, dirt or grass. The ground just needs to hold the weight of a loaded dumpster, so skip soft or soaked ground after heavy rain.

Not on your own driveway or property in most cases. On a public street or sidewalk your city may ask for one. Tell us where it goes and we help you check.

Rules vary by HOA, so check yours before delivery. The dumpster sits on rubber wheels on your own driveway and leaves no marks when it goes.

Yes. We work with homeowners, contractors, roofers and property managers. On shared property, get the manager's okay for the spot before delivery.

15 cubic yards on a 14 by 7 foot footprint, 4 feet high. It takes a single-car garage cleanout, a bathroom or small kitchen remodel, or a deck or fence tear-out. For a roof tear-off or a whole-house cleanout, ask us first.

2 tons (4,000 pounds) come with every rental. Every ton over is $80, weighed at the landfill and charged to the same card. Shingles and wet debris get heavy fast.

Household junk and furniture, appliances with the fluids removed, remodel debris like flooring, walls and asphalt, shingles, yard waste, and electronics like computers and printers.

Concrete, dirt and brick, chemicals and pesticides, gasoline, oil or fuel drums, tires, wet paint, and car or large-cell batteries. Restricted items add charges, and a dumpster overloaded with concrete, dirt or brick cannot be hauled until it is emptied, at your cost.

By hand. A rear door swings open so you can walk the heavy pieces in. No skid steers or other equipment.

Normal wear is on us. Damage from ignoring the loading rules or from equipment, like hitting the side with a machine, is on the renter.

3 or 7 days, your pick when you book. Need more? Tell us before your last day and we add time at $25 a day.
